JAC COMMUNICABLE DISEASE PLAN

The intention of the JAC Communicable Disease Plan (CDP) is to promote the health and safety of the entire JAC community, including production team members, staff, volunteers, audience members, and visitors, by providing information that can be used to prevent the contraction and spread of communicable diseases, in addition to the response plan in the event of someone taking ill from COVID-19 at JAC.

A communicable disease may be defined as any illness caused by an infectious agent or a toxic product that can be transmitted from one person to another.

United Players meets or exceeds all recommendations and orders made by the Public Health Officer (PHO) related to gatherings and events, and adjustments to the procedures will be made as needed. We have a strict Communicable Diseases Plan in place, which you can find here. Some principle points:

• Please stay home if you are ill.
• United Players acknowledges that mask-wearing is a personal choice.
