Meet Qui. He describes two Vietnamese refugees who fall in love in a camp in Arkansas. A story of what it means to lose everything in a war – family, language, country – and yet find the strength to build a new life in a foreign land. Prejudice, immigration, ninjas and hip hop can’t stand in the way of the playwright’s parents getting together.
Ticket sales close 2 hours prior to show time. If you wish to watch in house and ticket sales have closed, please come to the Jericho Arts Centre as tickets may still be available.
We strongly recommend you wear a mask in the theatre.

Event FAQs
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of a performance - by 7:40 pm for evening performances and by 1:40 pm for matinees.
United Players is carefully following current recommendations and orders made by the Public Health Officer related to gatherings and events. We have a Communicable Diseases Plan in place. Some principle points are - - Please stay home if you are ill. (Let us know you cannot attend in person and we will set you up to watch online if possible.) - When entering the theatre we strongly encourage you to wear a mask, especially when moving around common areas. - You will be requested to sanitize your hands upon entry. - A one way system is still in effect in the theatre. Staff will be on hand to guide you to your seat. - An extended cleaning regime is still in effect in the theatre. We continue to work to make your visit a safe and enjoyable one.
